• Empty carafe before starting another brew to prevent overflow.

Care

• Unplug appliance and allow it to cool before cleaning.
• Hand-wash carafe with warm, soapy water. Avoid using harsh cleaners and metal scrubbers. Do not submerge carafe in water.
• Hand-wash water reservoir and filter basket with mild soap and water.
• Permanent filter is dishwasher safe.
• Gently wipe control panel clean with slightly damp sponge.
• Clean exterior with nonabrasive cleaner and soft cloth. Polish in direction of grain.
• Wipe other surfaces clean with soft, damp cloth and all-purpose cleaner.
• Run Clean mode every 300 cycles to remove mineral buildup. To use Clean mode, add 3/4 cup white vinegar and water to clean line. Run through 3 cycles (1 soak, 2 rinses). Follow on-screen prompts to add water for rinse stages.
