This signature spin on adobo paste is an aromatic mix of spices, smoked paprika, chile peppers and garlic. The dry rub adds savory depth and a hint of heat to everything from chicken and steak to pork, tofu and vegetables.

    Use & Care

    RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

    • Rub ships fresh at ambient temperature.
    • Upon receipt, store at room temperature for up to 18 months.

    PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

    • Drizzle oil over chicken pieces and sprinkle liberally with rub.
    • Let chicken stand uncovered for 30 minutes, then cook as desired.
    • Garnish with chopped cilantro and a squeeze of lime, if desired, and serve.
    • Also great with steak, pork, tofu or vegetables.
    • We recommend 2–3 Tbs. of rub per 1 lb. (500g) of protein or vegetables.
